A native Las Vegan, and natural coffee lover. Yes, we said coffee. A steamy cup of java with cream and a dash of cinnamon makes this girl smile anytime day or night. So why is a coffee lover, partying with Earl Gray and Chamomile?

 

The obsession began a decade ago at a lovely tea house in  Pleasanton, CA. Sitting in this very Victorian space, sipping tea, chatting with her favorite gals (her sisters) and enjoying the yummiest scones, sandwiches and sweets was an experience she would remember and try to recreate. From that vacation forward, every travel trip would include a hunt for a tea house that delivered a memorable experience.

Hundreds of cups later, tea time has become a favorite pastime that Carla has enjoyed with many friends in many places. She says the "tea experience" is special because of the purposeful conversation that results when you're gathered around a table with lovely food and beautiful china.

For the girl who loves a party, Carla wondered how many of her friends would enjoy a similar experience in the comforts of their own home. Hmmm, was she on to something? She had to find out. So she packed up her china and all her yummies then hit the road. After setting up tea service for family and friends around town, her thoughts were confirmed.
